Kuta Beach Restaurants

Where to eat in Kuta are really endless. There are small carts of hawkers, hotel restaurants and well-known fast-food outlets. Kuta also offers international and multicultural cuisine. You could stay in Kuta for a whole month, eating in a different location for each meal and do not always eat the same thing twice!

If the budget is a concern, try places catering to local workers, such as food stalls or warungs along Legian Beach in the afternoon, and opposite the Hard Rock Cafe in Kuta. These places serve as a deposit yet delicious fare and you'll be assured of your money.

Poppies is one of the oldest and most popular restaurant in Kuta, located in a small alley between Jalan Legian and the beach. TJ's is just the popular Mexican restaurant, has a good atmosphere and mouth-watering dishes.

Made's Warung in the same area, is also popular while the Nusa Indah Bar & Restaurant is an ideal place for succulent seafood in a friendly atmosphere at very reasonable prices. The picturesque corner of Bamboo is another good place to try seafood special. The service is friendly to Bali Asi.

There are almost endless possibilities along Legian Jln. Kunti Japanese Sushi Bar serves authentic menus, the Espresso Bar and Pizzeria serves a pizza warm in a pleasant and Gemini continues to get rave reviews for fragrant Chinese cuisine. Or visit the Bounty II, a replica of the famous ship for a good value buffet. Cafe Aroma is a mid-priced vegetarian restaurant with tempting food in a lovely garden. Or see Mama Lucia Italian restaurant.

Taman Garden for its very popular and delicious meals, happy hours and decent effusive. It is a place that attracts a lot of customer loyalty. Other good places are still popular but expensive Orchid Garden Restaurant and the Garden Restaurant with an excellent happy hour breakfasts and cheap.

Joni Sunken Bar & Restaurant offers the unique experience of eating and drinking while semi-submerged in a pool. They also live music and good value breakfast buffet. Farther north, it is more expensive but standards are higher in the fashion of the city. Some of Bali's most interesting places are Mexican restaurant Poco Loco and Topi Koko Restaurant, with very good French cuisine. Swiss Restaurant is adjacent to the Swiss consul, so does have some credibility.
